Seed takes months. Sod gives you a finished lawn the day we install it. What makes it last is the prep: clearing the old growth, grading so water runs away from the house, and preparing the soil before the rolls go down tight.
If your yard needs sprinklers, we put them in first so the new lawn gets even water from day one.
